Making gelato into big business

Best friends Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom decided to go into business together, making gelato.
Guido, a wine maker, and Federico, an economist, had no previous experience in the food industry.
It may not sound like a recipe for success but Italians' love of gelato has meant the two's commitment to quality has paid off.
