What has E.On done wrong to get £12m penalty?

The energy watchdog has imposed a £12m penalty to energy giant E.On following an investigation into mis-selling.

BBC News asked Sarah Harrison, senior partner in charge of enforcement at Ofgem, to explain the investigations findings.
