E.On energy supplier 'sorry' over mis-selling

Chief Executive of E.On UK has apologised to customers after the company was ordered to pay a record £12m penalty following an investigation into mis-selling by the industry regulator, Ofgem.

Tony Cocker said customers that were given incorrect information about their energy tariff choices will be "compensated appropriately".
