Living the dream: Can company bosses make values count?

The majority of companies have value statements, but they often appear to repeat similar messages.

Most employees see them as just words on paper and the leaders not living them, says leadership expert Steve Tappin.

So can values add value? If so, is it possible for chief executives to put them at the heart of the company?
