Energy bills are 'still confusing' customers, says Which?

14 March 2014 Last updated at 14:01 GMT

New pricing rules that are supposed to make it easier to find a cheaper energy supplier are still confusing, according to the consumer group, Which?

It carried out a survey, which showed that most people who were shown the new tariffs still chose the wrong deal.

The new tariffs are already used on price comparison sites, but the first bills showing them will not be sent out until 1 April.

John Moylan reports.
