6 March 2014 Last updated at 15:45 GMT

The 91,000 staff of the John Lewis Partnership have been celebrating after news they will receive an annual bonus worth 15% of their salaries - or almost eight weeks' pay.

It is lower than last year's 17% - but the group, which encompasses both the John Lewis and Waitrose stores, saw its annual pre-tax profits fall by 4%, to £329.1m.

The partnership's chairman, Charlie Mayfield, spoke about the challenges faced by retailers including online competition and tougher economic times.
