The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has been giving a breakdown of the latest GDP figures, which have seen the UK's fastest annual rate of growth since 2007.
The UK economy grew by 0.7% in the fourth quarter of 2013, bringing the annual growth rate to 1.9%, said the ONS.
However it was a "differential" recovery, said ONS Chief Economist Joe Grice answering questions from BBC business correspondent Emma Simpson.
"Service is now higher than before the recession began in 2008, but production and construction both 11-12% lower."
