Detroit: 'Ford in good shape,' says CEO Alan Mulally

Ford have launched their new F-150 truck at the Detroit motor show but the focus is still firmly on the changing faces at the top of the "Detroit Three" - Ford, General Motors and Chrysler.

Ford's chief executive, Alan Mulally, has said that he will leave the company at the end of 2014.

He spoke to the BBC's Michelle Fleury about his successor.
