What rights do you have when returning online purchases?

Last week, an estimated £450m was spent on Monday - Britain's busiest internet shopping day as consumer buy ahead of Christmas.

But now one big distribution company says it has seen a 10% increase in the number of returns it has been handling. So what are your rights when sending back purchases?

Speaking to BBC Breakfast, Hannah Maundrell from personal finance website explains that consumers actually have more rights when they buy online.
