'I have no money in my RBS account'

RBS customers are still reporting problems with their accounts, despite the bank insisting their IT problems from Monday had been resolved.
Customers Jennifer Roberts, Kevin Seymour and Greg Povey all claim that money paid into their accounts in the last few days - including salary payments - have vanished.
Jennifer, from Inverness, told BBC Radio 5 live's Dominic Laurie: "I have no money in my account, but all my outgoing transactions are appearing."
Susan Allen, Director of Customer Solutions at RBS group, said the bank was investigating the situation and urged customers to contact them if they were still experiencing problems.
