China urbanisation: Why Chinese people collect empty properties

A meeting to determine China's economic future concludes on Tuesday, amid hopes it will address the country's soaring property prices.

Rapid urbanisation and a shortage of other investment opportunities have created fears of a housing bubble, that could leave many Chinese people exposed.

Lucy Williamson reports from Beijing, where many Chinese people have been investing in empty properties.
