100 women: Global gender gap narrows

The business world is just one area of life were women often struggle to get to the top but some of those that have succeeded will be at a special '100 women' conference at BBC headquarters in London today.

Among other issues they will be debating new figures on the Global Gender Gap by the World Economic Forum.

For five years in a row, Iceland has been rated the country with the world's smallest gender gap by the World Economic Forum (WEF).
