Summit asks how women can break Asia's glass ceiling

Many nations are struggling to get more women into executive leadership roles.

It is a topic under discussion at a leadership summit being held in Singapore this week.

Ali Moore spoke to two of the participants with different perspectives on why more women are not getting the top jobs.
