Cambodian hair extension firm helps workers

Hair extensions have been a been a fashion craze for some years now. Prompted by their growing popularity, Janice Wilson set up a business that manufactures them in Cambodia.

Her firm Arjuni has seen steady growth. But as she explains, her business philosophy is centred around more than just profits.
