India attempts to open up retail

The Indian government has recently made another effort to attract investment from foreign supermarkets and department stores.

Reforms were made last year that allowed big overseas firms into the India market, but they failed to make much of an impact.

So will the latest move to help tempt the big foreign brands in? From Delhi, Sameer Hashmi reports.
