Would new Israeli ports bring efficiency or job losses?

The Israeli government has unveiled plans for new privately-run ports to compete with the country's two main state-owned facilities.

The authorities say they are crucial for the smooth running of Israel's import-dependent economy.

However, workers at the existing ports are not happy, as Jonathan Frewin now reports from Israel.
