Businesses 'have duty' to hire local over immigrants

Businesses have a "social duty" to hire local people before recruiting from abroad, according to Conservative Business and Education Minister Matthew Hancock.

Mr Hancock told BBC Radio 4 that while British firms are not legally obliged to prioritise local workers he believes they have a responsibility to support local employment.
