How Jessops reveals a snapshot of today's High Street

It may be one of the most famous names on our High Street but back in January it looked like the camera chain Jessops was about to become extinct.

Some stores were saved by Dragons' Den entrepreneur, Peter Jones in the spring, but according to research by the BBC Radio 4 programme You and Yours, only 41% of shops have been re-let. This has left more than 100 shops still vacant.
