BP in court over Deepwater Horizon oil spill payouts

Oil giant BP is returning to court in the US to try to limit compensation payouts from a fund set up to help those affected by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

BP argues the system is being abused and many claims are inflated. An earlier ruling upheld the system, but BP is appealing against it.
