Cost of using mobile abroad to drop

From Monday mobile phone operators are being forced to bring their so-called roaming charges down across Europe.

The European Union is lowering the price limits for data downloads in an effort to make prices more realistic for those using mobiles outside their home country.

The cost of making and receiving calls will also be reduced.
