Paul Krugman: Chancellor's economic plan is 'disastrous'

George Osborne's economic plan of austerity deficit reduction is "disastrous" and "a mess" according to Paul Krugman.

The Nobel Prize-winning economist debated the government's policies with Business Minister Matthew Hancock, and described the coalition's economic arguments as "pathetic".
