EU bankers' bonus plan 'insanity personified'
Proposals by the European Parliament to limit bankers' bonuses are "insane" according to veteran broker David Buik.
The plans are expected to be approved by finance ministers at a meeting in Brussels.
Mr Buik told BBC News the result would be detrimental not just to the City of London, but the whole of the European economy.
