Consumers left 'confused' by broadband small print

Help

Some internet companies are leaving consumers confused with "undecipherable" TV, broadband and phone package deals, according to a report.

A third of people surveyed by the University of Reading said they were not satisfied with their current package but nearly half were put off switching providers because they could not work out the best alternative.

The report's author Professor Alison Black spoke to BBC Radio 5 live Morning Reports.
