Dell earnings due amid buy-out row
The world's third biggest producer of computers, Dell, publishes what could be its final earnings report on Tuesday, as founder Michael Dell continues his efforts to turn it back into a private firm.
Mr Dell has offered to buy back the business from shareholders for $24.4bn (£15.5bn), but its largest independent shareholder has opposed his bid, saying the company is worth almost double that amount.
Samira Hussain reports from New York.
