A closer look at the Blackberry 10 'hub' feature

Research In Motion (RIM), the maker of Blackberry phones, was once the leader in the global smartphone industry.

However, it has since lost a considerable amount of market share to rivals such as Apple and Samsung

In an attempt to win back its users, the firm is launching a new operating system, the Blackberry 10 as well as new phone models.

Michelle Fleury spoke to the chief executive of RIM, Thorsten Heins and looked at the new phone's 'hub' feature.
