F&N board to quit over takeover
A Thai billionaire is flexing his muscles in the Singapore market.
The board of directors at Fraser and Neave (F&N), have said they will step down when the takeover offer by billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi closes next week.
This will give him a greater say in managing the group, which has interests ranging from food and drinks to real estate.
Jonathan Head takes a closer look at Thailand's third richest man and the deal he is about to complete.
