Mark Carney: Two decisive years for financial reform
The next governor of the Bank of England has said that the next two years will be "decisive" for financial reform.
Mark Carney told the World Economic Forum that measures to improve bank liquidity and reduce the "too big to fail" nature of financial institutions needed to be completed.
