Asia needs more 'animated films'
Asia needs to do more to boost its animation sector, industry veteran Richard Chuang tells the BBC's Asia Business Report.
Mr Chuang, boss of Cloudpic, said there was currently a shortage of quality animated content coming out of Asia, and that as a result too much Western animation was being watched in the region.
He said that Asia needed a successful studio that could produce and manage large animation projects.
