Ex-Bankia chief Rodrigo Rato in Spanish court
Rodrigo Rato, former IMF boss and once chief executive of Bankia, has appeared in court in Spain.
He faces a fraud inquiry along with 32 other current and former officials at the bailed out Spanish lender.
Court papers for the closed hearing list criminal charges including fraud, embezzlement, falsifying accounts and price manipulation.
