Japanese exports fall for fifth straight month
Japan's exports fell for a fifth month in October, hurt by the fallout of a territorial dispute with China and a slowdown in demand from the European Union.
Exports fell 6.5% in October, from a year earlier. Shipments to China fell 11.6%, while those to the EU were down 20%
Martin Schulz, from Fujitsu Research Institute in Tokyo, told the BBC's Asia Business Report that "it is not a healthy situation" the Japanese economy.
