Hewlett Packard results expected to show market decline

One of the biggest names in Silicon Valley, Hewlett Packard will report fourth quarter earnings later on Tuesday.

Figures are expected to provide further evidence the PC era is in decline as personal computers and printers lose their appeal in a market now focused on smartphones and tablets.
