Former BHP China head predicts new economic policies
Clinton Dines spent more than two decades running the Chinese arm of mining giant BHP Billiton, a position that gave him a great understanding of the economic strategy of the planners in Beijing.

He told the BBC's Ali Moore how China's objectives for encouraging business investment have changed.
