Former BHP China head predicts new economic policies

Clinton Dines spent more than two decades running the Chinese arm of mining giant BHP Billiton, a position that gave him a great understanding of the economic strategy of the planners in Beijing.

As China goes through a once-in-a-decade leadership change, Mr Dines believes new faces in Beijing will bring a new approach to the management of the economy.

He told the BBC's Ali Moore how China's objectives for encouraging business investment have changed.
