RICS survey reveals 'total lack of trust' in estate agents
There is a "total lack of trust" in estate agents, according to a survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Global residential director Peter Bolton King told BBC news that consumers are not confident that agents act in their best interest, and the majority of people have called for regulation for the industry.
