Coffee culture takes off in India
India has a long tradition of growing and drinking coffee as well as tea.
Now, with Starbucks joining Costa and other international chains, India's young upwardly aspirational middle classes are catching the coffee bug.
But, as the BBC's Yogita Limaye reports, it doesn't come cheap.
