Training scheme for heritage railway

Severn Valley Railway is raising money to form the country's first Heritage Training Academy.

The preserved steam railway is issuing shares in order to fund the scheme - which is expected to cost £500,000 - and provide training for engineers to maintain the railway.

The BBC's Steph McGovern visited Bridgnorth to find out about the challenges facing the attraction
