Should drivers pay to use roads and ease congestion?

Proposals for road charging and tolls on some major routes in England have been put forward by a group of business leaders.

The Confederation of British Industry says bold measures are needed to deal with clogged-up roads.

BBC Radio 5 live's Breakfast spoke to Rhian Kelly, from the CBI and to Neil Greig from the Institute of Advanced Motorists.
