In one month, China will hold its Congress and unveil the names of its new leaders who will take the country through the next decade.

But they take over at a tricky time. The last 10 years have seen an unprecedented boom which has also created a divide between the country's rich and poor.

One area of the economy where there is a big gap is property, with millions of people now struggling to buy a home.
