Mario Draghi: OMTs have alleviated tension
European Central Bank (ECB) president Mario Draghi said the announcement of a bond-buying plan aimed at easing the eurozone's debt crisis had helped ease tensions on the financial markets.
Mr Draghi said the ECB was now ready to offer Outright Monetary Transactions (OMTs) if a struggling country applied for them.
