EADS chief Tom Enders says BAE deal 'a wonderful opportunity'
The chief executive of EADS has called a proposed $45bn (£28bn) merger with the UK's BAE Systems a "wonderful opportunity" and vowed to make a swift decision on the merger.
In comments to an audience at the Royal Academy of Engineering in London, Mr Enders said the proposal was a plan for growth and the two firms could "achieve a stronger platform" if they joined operations.
