What would happen if people left work on time?

One of the UK's biggest teaching unions says it will ask members to work contracted hours only.

This means children's after-school activities and lunchtime supervision could be hit as the education system relies on teachers doing unpaid overtime and work at weekends, according to NASUWT.

5 live's Wake Up To Money asked Steve Bevan at the Work Foundation what would happen if everyone went home on time.
