Boom to Bust: Collapse of Northern Ireland property market
The economic downturn has hit the Northern Ireland property market hard with some empty housing developments being dubbed "ghost estates".
The BBC's Stephanie McGovern met up with Stephen McCann, a property developer who went bust virtually overnight.
He explains how he went from being well-off to having very little and talks about how he has worked to rebuild his finances.
