This summer saw the first cars roll off Renault's production line at North Africa's biggest car plant in Tangiers.
It is hoped that by setting up in Morocco, Renault can help cut production costs, but what is in it for the Moroccan economy?
And what can industries like car manufacturing do to help lower the unemployment rate, which for young people, is more than 30%?
