The Dubai Tea Trading Centre helps people from the Middle East and beyond start up their own tea brands, and 18,000 tonnes of tea were re-exported through the UAE between 2010 and 2011.

The BBC's Nima Abu Wardeh reports on what makes a good brew in the Gulf, and what is needed to start up a tea business.
