Markets jumpy over Spain bail out fears
The credit rating agency Moody's has lowered its outlook for the top-rated economies of the Netherlands, Luxembourg and even Europe's strongest economy, Germany.
The agency cites fears that the better-off countries will take a severe hit as they support struggling ones.
