Parents to manage kids' cash card that doubles up as ID
Children as young as 12 can now get proof of age cards with spending money loaded on by their parents.
The CitizenCard is part of a government approved proof of age scheme and is already available to over-16s.
Andrew Chevis, chief executive at the company, told BBC Radio 5 liveMorning Reports that from Monday it can also be used as a way of paying for things instead of using cash.
