US Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke to address congress

Help

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will deliver his "Monetary Policy Report to Congress" on Tuesday.

But analysts will be just as interested to hear what he has to say about the Libor scandal which has affected banks in the UK.

And some US local authorities are now considering suing banks accused of manipulating interest rates.

Mark Gregory reports.
