National Grid upgrade will add £15 to domestic bills

The energy regulator Ofgem has announced how much customers will pay for the upgrade of the power network National Grid

Bills will go up by £7 next year, rising to an extra £15 by 2021.

National Grid has said the £17bn raised is about 20% less than it needs to carry out the work properly.
