Morrisons: 'We work with the farmers'

Help

Dairy farmers from across the country will gather in Westminster on Wednesday to protest against further cuts to the price they are paid for milk.

Dairy processing companies have reduced their payments by nearly four pence a litre, which farmers say will lead to them losing an average of £50,000 a year.

Richard Taylor, Director of Corporate Affairs at Morrisons said his company had to give its customers the best value it could, but it was working with dairy farmers to get them a good deal.
