How easy is it to switch banks?

Months of headlines about IT meltdowns, rate fixing and the mis-selling of payment protection insurance have probably secured banking's position as the most frowned- upon industry in Britain.

But are customers showing their anger by voting with their feet?

The BBC's Ramzan Karmali's been talking to people affected, and finding out whether they plan to switch banks.
