Gary Gensler on Barclays: 'There has to be honesty'
As former Barclays chief executive Bob Diamond is questioned by MPs, US regulator Gary Gensler, who led the Barclay's investigation on the setting of the Libor rate, told the BBC's Justin Rowlatt how the case against Barclays was pursued.
''There has to be honest and integrity in these rates that are so critical to the markets,'' he said.
